4. Doctor Availability Indicator

Doctor availability indicators (including “green light” status) are provided by hospitals or healthcare professionals. Availability may change at any time. The Platform does not guarantee the presence of any doctor.

5. Hospital Check-in and Room Selection

Check-ins, room selection, and amenity information are provided for convenience only and are subject to hospital policies and availability.

6. Nurse Booking Services

Nurses listed on the Platform are independent healthcare professionals licensed by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN). The Platform does not supervise or control nurse services and is not liable for service outcomes.

7. Emergency Use

The Platform is not designed for emergencies. In emergencies, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

8. Reviews and User Content

Users are responsible for reviews posted. Reviews must be truthful and non- defamatory. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and user account.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Hospital Plug shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from healthcare services booked through the Platform.
